How much does it cost?
Our fees are dependant on the position and duration of the placement. For a full fee structure, please contact NZPE on 0800 88 6973 or email us at info@nzpe.co.nz
When is the fee due?
NZPE will invoice on the day the candidate commences employment. We do not charge to list a vacancy or to advertise. A fee is only payable once we find the right person for your position.
Who pays the candidates wages?
You will pay the candidate yourself directly.
What if the person is not working out?
If the position is permanent, as long as you pay your invoice within 14 days you would be covered by our placement guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with a locum candidate there will be no charge providing you notify NZPE within 48 hours of commencement.
Why should I use NZPE?
NZPE has been in operation for over 30 years and we have placed hundreds of pharmacists into positions during this period. We have built an enviable reputation in the industry by offering an excellent level of customer service combined with thorough procedures to ensure we get the right person for your position. Pharmacists often contact a specialised recruitment company for employment rather than scan the newspapers etc for new positions.
Does NZPE only recruit Pharmacists?
NZPE work on behalf of the pharmacy industry. We specialise in Pharmacists (from Newly Registered through to Managers/Partners); Locum Pharmacists; Retail Managers; Stock Controllers and Dispensary Technicians.
What do I need to do next?
The first step is to contact NZPE for our "Employers Kit." This kit contains our Terms of Business, full fee structure and position available form. Prior to us assisting you with your recruitment needs we would need you to sign and return the terms of business and complete basic information on your pharmacy and the type of person you require. Once we have this information we will start to look for a staff member for you. Depending on your location this could be a lengthy process, however our team of skilled, professional consultants will keep you informed every step of the way.
Will my position be advertised?
Yes, if necessary. In the first instance we will list the vacancy on our website. We have a database of over 3,000 Pharmacist/support staff that check our website on a regular basis for new positions. In the meantime we will conduct a search of our database for suitable candidates. Our next step would be to advertise your position externally either in a pharmacy journal or on the Internet. Should you be interested in employing an overseas candidate we would also search in Australia (AU) for your new staff member.
