Job Specification:

This Clinical Pharmacist position involves providing clinical ward services and regional pharmacy services to the wider community. As a key member of the team, you will participate in consultant ward rounds, patient counselling, and medical reconciliation, along with inpatient and outpatient rotations. The role may also include the preparation of aseptic and chemotherapy products. You will be part of a robust team comprising 21 pharmacists, 3 interns, and 9 pharmacy technicians.

Skills Required:

• General registration with AHPRA

• Previous experience in a hospital setting

• Familiarity with National Standards Accreditation requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Newly registered pharmacists with the above skills are encouraged to apply
