We are looking for a full-time or part-time Pharmacist to join our friendly team, known for its holistic approach to health, caring staff, and expert advice. Your main duties, apart from dispensing, checking, and changing dose administration, will include:

• Supplying medicines to nursing homes and mental health facilities
• Delivering educational in-services to facility staff
• Pharmacotherapy - oral treatments and long-acting injectable buprenorphine
• Providing immunisation and vaccination services
• Participating in pilot programs such as UTI treatments, OCP resupply, Shingles and minor psoriatic skin ailments treatment, travel vaccinations, and travel health

Excellent communication skills are essential! You should enjoy customer interaction and be skilled in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure the best health outcomes for the local community.

• General registration with AHPRA.
• Proficiency with the Fred computer system
• Ability to handle script trade volumes of 300-450 from Monday to Friday, 150-250 on Saturday, and 150 on Sunday
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work alongside 3 other pharmacists on weekdays and 1 other on Saturdays
• Experience with Methadone / ORT / CPOP programs
• Competency in preparing DAA / Packs, specifically Websters packed by technician

• Competitive pay rate of $45-$52.50 per hour, negotiable based on skills and accreditation
• Work hours from Tuesday to Saturday
• Shop hours from 9am-6pm
• Supportive team with 3 dispense technicians and 3-4 additional assistants
