As the Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the store and the dispensary. Your main duties will include supervising and managing staff, rostering, counselling customers, and maintaining compliance with board guidelines and dispensing. This role has the possibility for partnership in the future.

Skills Required

• General registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.

• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role in an Australian community pharmacy setting.

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage and supervise staff

• Proficiency with Fred computer system

Salary & Benefits

• $55 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)

• Relocation assistance provided

• Opportunity for future partnership

• Work hours: 38 hours per week on a fortnightly roster

• Pharmacy operates Monday-Wednesday 9am-5:30pm, Thursday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm
