Pharmacist Manager

Client & Location Information:

An excellent opportunity for a dynamic experienced Pharmacist to gain hands-on management experience as you grow the business. You will need the confidence to develop and market the business within this central western region of NSW by becoming involved in its friendly community.

Job Specification:

You will be working five and half days a week and be experienced to handle all facets of community pharmacy including professional services with confidence as you take the business to the next level and beyond. Wide range of services are offered by the pharmacy and additional training will be provided if rquired. This full time position would suit a dynamic switch-on Pharmacist who wants to take the next step up to management. The roster is Monday to Saturday and you will hold unrestricted registration with AHPRA and your own PI insurance. As you implement professional services and forward dispensing, you will have the passion to succeed and embrace the values of the pharmacy.

Skills Required:

  • Ideally you will have 3+ years minimum pharmacy experience.

  • Confident to establish relationships and clear communication skills.

  • Day to Day management of the Dispensary team.

  • Positive and cheerful attitude whilst being well presented and reliable.

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
